Discover Hacienda Laborcilla
Welcome to a legacy of flavor and tradition
A 18th-century jewel located in the heart of Querétaro, invites you on a journey
fascinating through time and flavors. Its Mexican colonial architecture,
carefully restored for five years, it preserves its beauty and historical authenticity intact,
transporting you to a past full of splendor.
Originally dedicated to grain storage and farming tasks, the hacienda has been restored with meticulous respect for its original structure. The result is an exceptional enclave that houses the Hacienda Laborcilla restaurant and The Carter Bar.
In every corner of the estate, the essence of its past is breathed in. Mosaics and tiles meticulously crafted by Mexican artisans, a central fountain, windows, and arches that surround the structure recreate the atmosphere of a unique past. The appreciation for art is reflected in numerous statues, authentic replicas from the Louvre Museum in Paris, which represent Roman, Hindu, and Egyptian cultures.
An invaluable cultural heritage
Hacienda Laborcilla is recognized as a historic and cultural heritage site, protected by the Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (INAH).
It is an ideal destination for those looking to experience Mexico's rich history and architecture in an elegant and relaxing setting.
